Trust me, jumping from 2 to 3 kids is much easier then jumping from 1 to 2 kids. The third is much easier because you have already learned how to divide your time between kids, wife, job, ect. You will do great!

I always joke that the jump from 2 to 3 simply means you have to switch from man-to-man to zone defense. It’s not a huge change really. Just more wonderful insanity!

No matter how hectic the days feel - and they will only get more hectic in the coming years, believe me - try your best to share at least a small moment each day with each kid. Every day. Do that and everyone wins.
(Also note that with three kids in the fold, if you mess up the raising of one of them you’ll still have a winning record)
Congratulations…

I had something very witty to tell you about having 3 kids, but it looks like PG has already beaten me to it…. and I have to agree with Judy, that number three is much easier than the first two… and I like JT’s take on the odds… So, that just about the extent of my parenting wisdom. Congrats to you!!!

You will find a lot of things come in sets of 4 or 6 but not 5. Placemats, family ticket packages like Disney and places. They say for a family of 4. Bug will be old enough that you will have a free hand for each of the little ones when crossing the street or going into a store. Two tend to gang up on the third and that dynamic will change with the weather, the tide, the time of day… Only the strong go for three. tee hee. Some even stop at one-wooses!!!!! Congrats on being one of the strong and the brave.

No advice from us - we are not going there. I like the man-on-man defense myself. I have heard that going to the third is much easier than from 1 to 2 from several people. My sister in law is pregnant with #7, I guess after 2 it doesn’t matter how many you have.
